Refunds, Cancellation & Withdrawal
Contact and how to request
For a refund, non-delivery, defective content or withdrawal from a purchase, email vasilisshevhuk@gmail.com. Include the plan, date of purchase and a receipt or order reference. Do not send card numbers or full payment-session links in public messages.
14-day withdrawal right
For eligible EU consumer distance purchases, the statutory right to withdraw normally applies for 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The customer may notify us clearly of the decision to withdraw, without giving a reason. We do not rely on a waiver of this right unless all applicable legal requirements for immediate digital-content supply and documented consent have been fulfilled. Purchase or access alone is not a waiver.
How to withdraw
Write to vasilisshevhuk@gmail.com using the example: “I withdraw from my TripPilot AI purchase of [Basic/Complete] made on [date]. My order/receipt reference is [reference]. Name: [name]. Email for confirmation: [email].” You may use any other clear statement permitted by law. We acknowledge requests and review them under applicable consumer law.
Refund timing and method
Where a statutory withdrawal or refund is due, we refund without undue delay and, where applicable, within 14 days after receiving the valid withdrawal notice. Refunds normally use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed under the law. Actual bank posting times may vary.
Non-delivery, malfunction or non-conformity
If your payment is confirmed but no itinerary is delivered, try the recovery feature and contact support. You retain statutory remedies for digital content that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, including remedies required by applicable EU and Greek law.
Third-party bookings
Flights, hotels and activities purchased directly through Klook or another provider are separate agreements with that provider; their cancellation and refund rules apply subject to consumer law.
Consumer dispute resolution
You may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman for eligible disputes: Complaint guidance.
