Service offered
TripPilot AI sells single-purchase AI-generated informational travel plans: Basic (€4.99) and Complete (€9.99). Basic provides a shorter itinerary; Complete provides additional recommendations and planning sections where generated. The detailed scope displayed at purchase is part of your pre-contract information. No subscription or automatic recurring charge is offered.
Payment and delivery
Checkout is processed by Stripe. The amount and currency payable are shown before confirming the charge. After Stripe confirms a successful payment, the website generates or restores the paid itinerary. The result can be reopened using the payment-linked recovery mechanism; keep that recovery reference private. If access fails, write to our support email with your receipt or purchase reference (never send full card details).
Travel information and accuracy
AI outputs may be incomplete or mistaken. Recommendations, budgets and itineraries are estimates rather than professional, immigration, medical, safety or booking advice. Verify visas, local safety, schedules, opening hours, accessibility, travel insurance, and live prices with the official providers before making decisions.
Flights, accommodation and affiliates
Cached flight-price examples are supplied by Travelpayouts and may relate to different departure dates. Links to Klook and other travel businesses may be affiliate links. Travel or accommodation contracts, payment and refund terms are between you and the relevant external supplier, not TripPilot AI.
Use and intellectual property
You may use a purchased itinerary for your personal travel planning and may keep a personal copy. Do not attempt to bypass payments, access someone else’s purchase, disrupt the service or redistribute our service as your own. Nothing here restricts statutory rights.
Withdrawal, refunds and digital-content remedies
Consumers retain mandatory EU and Greek protections. We do not assume that the right of withdrawal is lost merely because an immediate digital itinerary was supplied. See our Refund & Withdrawal Policy for the 14-day process and remedies for non-delivery or non-conforming content.
Liability and applicable law
We do not exclude liability, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Greek law is subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of the consumer’s habitual residence where relevant. The Greek Consumer Ombudsman may be available for eligible consumer disputes.
Changes
Terms published on the purchase date govern that purchase to the extent required by law. This page may be updated for future orders. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
